The Southern Select South Poll Sale was founded by Paul Epting, Ethan Foard, Brooks Dickson, and Dr. Bruce Shanks- Four passionate producers who saw a need for an annual sale in their region, a market outlet for existing producers, and a way to bring more South Poll cattle to their area.
